Seriously, I think it a good question. Was it merely the joke of a gruff-voiced woman (at least, we are to assume it is a woman, lol) or was it, with Genna Davis's permission, a spoof off Cutthroat Island? I prefer the first option.

haha, this movie was SO funny! I loved Big Fat Bug-Faced Baby-Eating O'Brien part, the looks on Kermit and Eroll's faces were HILARIOUS
