as a little kid used to hide their face from Sam the Eagle every time he showed up. I don't know what it was. Maybe it was the hideous unibrow, but everytime he came on, I'd turn away.

Well, I was never afraid of Sam, but when I was little I really didn't like Bert. I mean, I was once given a Bert doll, and I immediately hid it in a drawer, then had nightmares about it. Maybe it was the unibrow, it was so severe looking. They both seemed to have permanent scowls.
