A little girl like that can only have black belt, if their school doesn't care about anything but pleasing the parents or some kind of virtue signaling. It's like the soccer moms that insist people don't keep score, so EVERYONE GETS A BLACK BELT so no one would feel bad.
That's the ONLY WAY she could have black belt.
I would have accepted a yellow belt or second-degree white belt (which is surprisingly hard to get even as an energetic teenager, it doesn't just fall out of a sky, you have to exhaust yourself thoroughly after you have 'conquered yourself' with your determination when your body can't do anything anymore, and you force it to keep going perfectly anyway).
A little girl like that could _NEVER_ have a legitimate black belt, people that made this movie don't seem to understand pretty much ANY facet of life, but that scene is a DEEP insult to martial arts everywhere. No self-respecting teacher would ever give a girl like that black belt.
Maybe when she's a teenager, she could have a green belt, but a black belt is _SO_ much hard work and requires enough spiritual maturity that a child just doesn't have the capability for even comprehending what it takes. The stuff they teach you in black belt camps is something you can't really even put to words, as esoteric stuff becomes part of it.
But sure, some idiot kid in the kitchen can easily have a black belt in this movie's nonsensical universe and no adult even wonders about it or talks about it at all.
