Does this movie seriously have a cheerios commercial in it?

It's been a while since I seen it, but was watching the tv recently and that cheerios tune came up and I seem to remember the same song being used in the film while she's magicking the cereal bowl and milk around. Did that tune originate from the movie? Either way it's bad, but if that was a stable cheerios commercial song beforehand, that has to be the worst, most blatant product placement I have ever seen.

Sort of. Mathilda when first learning how to use her telekinetic powers tries using them on Cheerios. It shows the box of Cheerios she is using. Though of course a lot of movies have product placement. Somehow I never really cared about product placement. I really think it's a dumb complaint people have. Yeah. I don't mind there being a lot of it like in Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Man of Steel.
