Fit of Laughter

I haven't seen this film for YEARS or even thought about it for a long time but suddenly today I began laughing because I remembered a moment between Amanda and The Trunchbull.

Amanda: Miss Honey taught us how to spell difficulty
Trunchbull: You couldn't spell difficulty if your life depended on it

I really don't know why I suddenly remembered this moment or why it made me laugh so much. But it did!

Haha...

"She taught us with a poem..."

"Oh, a poem? And what poem, would that be?" Trunch's sarcasm with this line is priceless

LOLL.!!!! I'm watching that scene now!!

"Mrs. D. Mrs. I. (gets class involved) Mrs. F. F. I. Mrs. C. Mrs. U. Mrs. L. T. Y."

great way to get children to spell "difficulty".

"Do you even remember what you came here to find?"

reply

WHY are all these women married!?

reply

"Chew your food, you're an animal!"

I'm currently watching this film. When I started reading your post, I heard that line spoken. What an amazing coincidence.

I am so full of anticipation that my genitals have sucked up into my body cavity.

I'm watching it right now. I never found it funny in my childhood, but now I'm giggling like a crazy person. "You chose books... and I chose looks."

Life's a bitch, but god forbid the bitch divorce me
