A Terrible Pun

When this movie came out, I reviewed it for my the Prydonian Renegade, the newsletter of the Prydonians of Prynceton ( http://www.prydonians.org/ )

It was a very positive review. I thought the movie was just hilarious. As I was writing it, I thought of a terrible pun and I could not resist using it.

I talked about the Martians having incredible and deadly fire power and I concluded that paragraph with:

Against weapons like this, mankind's chances of survival are slim."

That's not terrible--it's quite witty. But I'm a sucker for puns and wordplay--a groan is at least as good as a laugh, I say.

Thanks! I just called it that because "terrible" means "great" when applied to a pun.
