Not the worst thing i ever saw, but its up there.

Not funny, poorly made, it even lacks a proper main character to focus on.
It just jumps from one celebrity to another and then just ends in a random manner by some random war of the worlds terrible type of ass pull deus ex machina to solve everything.

I didnt like it when i was a kid, watched it now again, and i still dont like it, or more accurately, there is nothing to like. Guess thsi si teh movie Burton jumped the shark.

Maybe if Burton had been more faithful to the source material . . .

I agree. While generally I like Tim Burton's films, this one I found very annoying. And it even didn't passed the half.

The movie succeeded in its purpose.

And that purpose was to kill as many A-list Hollywood celebrities as it possibly could. Some of them in extremely brutal fashion (and Jack Nicholson twice).
