Is the Martian speech pattern patterned after Hitler?

There's no mention of it in the trivia, so it's probably my imagination, but the cadence of the ack, ack, ack, sounds like the cadence of Hitler giving a speech.

Yeah, I rewatched the movie recently and also thought about how similiar they sounded. Watched it a bunch of times as a kid and never noticed before.

They sound like eric the actor
