Nude and whipped?? That would have made the torture scene sick and stupid. This isn't a porno movie.. Mitch was nude and beaten, but they didn't show anything. I thought Charly figuring out a way to untie herself and get the gun under the water was really cool.

The scene was dramatic enough as it was. She is the main character, the audience is watching everything that's happening to her, if they showed her nude and being whipped it would have turned the movie into a sadism porn.

No, as I mentioned before, the audience is watching everything that's happening to Charly/Sam, we see NOTHING of Mitch's torture, we aren't actually shown any nudity of Mitch nor do we see him being beaten.
