Want to comment on all of them. Awesomeness overload! Why is this awesome movie so criminally underappreciated? How has its cult status not spawned a sequel? How do we get to experience more awesome new roles for Geena Davis?

I came here to ask the same questions! I've started watching The Exorcist and I see that she is still fit so I don't understand why she hasn't attempted to make sequel to this.

I love this movie myself and watch it all the time. I heard some years ago that they were doing a sequel but obviously nothing happened. I wish it did. This movie is way underrated.
