Did anyone else notice that at 1 hour and 7 minutes mark when Jay Leno (Daniel Roebuck) comes through the curtain after a taping of The Tonight Show to talk to the crew about Helen Kushnick's (Kathy Bates) firing there is a ladder in direct view that says WB Grip which obviously is from the Warner Bros. Grip Department. Clearly someone forgot to cover it over with an NBC logo to make appear to be behind the scenes at the now defunct NBC Studios on West Alameda Avenue in Burbank.

There's a mistake I think in the dialogue (which I suspect is due to editing or looping) where Jay is at his house talking with Warren Littlefield and Agolgia and Helen storms out and Jay is listing all the stuff she went through it sounds like he says her son died of AIDS from a bad transfusion, her husband died of cancer, and she had a "vasectomy"

I listened to it 10 times. I assume they meant hysterectomy, but it really sounds like vasectomy.

It sounds to me like mastectomy. She died of breast cancer, so she probably had that procedure done.
