Probably the hotel clerk. I liked the way he just killed the Irish mob leader for having tortured him earlier. Used an old-timey gun to do it with too. He wasn't being macho, he just freaking got even.
There are no more friendly civilians, sir.
Hickey was probably one of the smartest of the mobsters. He should have been the one running the Irish.

I liked William Sanderson's character the best. He plays such an amazing Western style character. If you wanna see him in a peak performance in the same Western style, check out Deadwood.
Just make sure you have a dictionary and the pause button handy because the dialogue can make it pretty convoluted :D

It's funny now to watch the Capt. Tom Pickett part and say hey that's the guy who plays Dr. Kelso on Scrubs. I did like this part alot but outside of Willis I have to say Hickey was the coolest. Loved the build up to his part. Everyone talks about him and tells stories about him to set up his arrival. Love it. Love this movie.
