Who played him?
It was one of the funniest parts in the movie.

I can't remember, but they tell you in the commentary. I recall it being mentioned that the guy made Bill Murray laugh a lot which was impressive. He was a naturally funny guy.

haha i love that character. i wish he had more screen time. he does the twitch so good.

I loved the 2 bucked teeth and the say buddy, you gonna buy the whole bar and then the dumb laugh.
