Can't believe this only has a 6.7 rating

Easily one of the funniest comedies in history. I have never seen such a great, shameless comedy since 1996.

I know, right? This film and "There's Something About Mary" are my fave Farrelly Brothers movies to date..

I don't know, I think 7 would be a little high. It's nothing amazing, but not bad.

A lot of people clearly have a 7-pin stuck in their @$$ and are haughty pseudo-intellectuals who only give 10s to black and white Japanese movies.

Also I've heard some say this movie is "weird". I guess the whole Amish thing plus the hook hand is just too much for some people. Whatever, their loss. This is probably my favourite movie of 1996. Both Harrelson and Murray are hilarious, one of Murray's funniest ever movie parts. It's a pure classic of 90s comedy and puerile American comedy.

I'm astonished at the low score, too.
