Was it implying that the box Joey stabbed Pinhead with was not the origional that he wanted, just a imitation of it? So when she put it in cement, itr stayed there, and it was the origional box that was in Bloodline? Something like, With the origional, Pinhead would be free of hell no matter what?

The BOX is just a manufactured small gateway between Hell and here. There have been many made since the original. In H3 PINHEAD just wanted a BIG version of the box that would act more as a freeway between the realities, not just a one-at-a-time turnstyle, like the original box was.

In number three though old pinhead was intent on world domination he only wanted the box to stop him being sent back it was not really significant to him after that, maybe a different gang of cenobites come out of each box and this is pinheads box?! Though yes theres a few of them we see a lot in the asylum in number 2.
