The film is only average, but I want a copy of it. OCD at work.
But was wondering if anybody knows if Anchor Bay were planning on giving this or any of the other films after part 3 the SE treatment? I ask because I know it will be inevitable that I'll buy a copy of this THEN Anchor bay will announce their plans.

I doubt it. Anchor Bay doesn't own the rights, Dimension does and they haven't really been known for their tremendous treatment of older horror titles. The producer's cut of Halloween 6 has still yet to see the light of day and there's been a fairly-solid request for it.

Hmmmm. I'm of the opinion that Hellraiser 3 is better than 4. Let that thought sink it. But I know there's a lot (well, 2) of people who'd disagree with me, but it's nowhere near the goodness of the first two films regardless. I wouldn't want to recommend it, in case you didn't like it and I'd feel bad for helping you waste money. The cover is the best thing about it.
