in bloodline the box is made by a toy maker and is made of wood...why is the god in hellbound a giant wooden box? and if it is made of wood how were they able to transform it into that gray sharp object? doesnt that defy the physics of wood?
sharewell remmeber the box has powers that makes it able to change and form into different things
but i really dont know though, the box in the first one looked like it was all metal made or something

Because it the film goes against the estbliahed continuity in the comics. Mainly due to the massive changes the studio did when the cut the film up and removed most of the footage and filmed new bits for the past segment.

The "curse" of the L'Merchant bloodline is that they all get nightmares about the "box" design, which basically is the incarnation of Leviathan's design. So it's Leviathan affecting the look of the boxes, not the other way around.
