If you were Harriet? How would you have dealt with Marion reading the notebook in the park?
And what would be your feelings and thoughts afterwards? I personally would have ran up and attepted to grab the notebook before she read out Janies and Sports notes, however she must have been in shock.

I can imagine how lonley and outcasted Harriet must have felt when she was being plotted against by the whole class.

I would like to think I would grab the notebook from her, didn't she attempt but not in a strong way? I can't recall. But I would probably have ran away mortified, I definitely would not have had the courage to stand up to them...

I agree with you, i mean id like to think i would have grabbed the book too, but i would have probably ran away too.
