I love how bad ass Harriet was in that scene. The conversation went something like this:
HARRIET: [WALKS INTO GIRLS' TOILETS] Hello, Marion.
MARION: Get away from me, Harriet.
HARRIET: Or what? You're going to tell your father? [RINSES HANDS] I heard my parents talking. You don't have a father. All those stories about respect and that garbage... You made them all up. Your father lives in Amsterdam. He hasn't seen you in three years and you wanna know why, Marion? [PAUSES] It's 'cause he doesn't love you! [PUSHES OTHER PEERS OUT OF THE WAY AND WALKS OUT] Move!
Harriet's tone is quite sharp here. She never intended to hurt her friends when she wrote that stuff in her notebook. Marion and Harriet's other classmates took 'revenge' on her. Harriet wanted to show that she wasn't going to be bullied, so she stood up for herself and gave something back to Marion here. Good on you, Harriet!
