Mine are:

[Gotti referring to Castellano] He squeezes a *beep* quarter till the eagle screams.

Gotti: I coulda worked for UP *beep* S.

Gotti: You know what FBI means, right?
FBI agent: Why don't you tell me.
Gotti: Forever Bother the Italians.

Reporter: Are you the boss of the Gambino family?
Gotti: I'm a member of the Gotti family. My wife Vicky's the boss.

Gravano- hey let's not rewrite history here. I didn't mind DB goin. *beep* playboy instead of a business partner....but you wanted it and when john gotti wanted someone in the ground john gotti called Sammy Gravano. You barked I bit, remember?

Gotti- you bit? You pillaged this *beep* city under my flag using my name every step of the way, MY NAME!!! You're a selfish prick, your greed is your problem

That is a favorite of mine. But doesn't he say no brush like Giacolone is gonna be jerkin me off alone?
