I have seen this movie twice on t.v. but both times it was late at night and I feel asleep both times at the end of the movie. As a result I don't know what happened at the end or if the really did find the person who killed the daughter. If somebody could tell me what happened at the end of the movie, I would be very grateful!!!!

Her uncle told them how the room was set up even though he said that he had never been in the house. There was something else that was pretty solid but I can't remember what it was.

(What a dumb ending after watching that long movie - unless of course it's based on a real murder. I didn't check to see first.)
Have u been under a rock, The parents wen't to jall to they were proven they did not kill her, they even had a nother baby who was taken away and they had the rights to visit him but onely if someone was in the room

Actually, in the movie I think it was a mixture of the fact that the case was old and that it would look bad to accuse him after they'd told everyone it was the parents.

She was kindapped from her bedroom and four days later her body was found. The case has never been solved. Both her parents David and Cindy Dowaliby were put on trial but both were later cleared. They have two remaining children Davy (who at the time of his siter's kidnapping was 4) and another daughter I think Cecil her name is. Jaclyn has a memorial at find a grave.
