I've just rewatched it after many years, and this flick contains many funny scenes, but I couldn't stop laughing when Seth kicks the poor guy out of the table at the Titty Twister. 
So rude and ill-mannered.

The whole exchange with Cheech and Seth at the end
"Psychos do not explode when sunlight hits them i don't give a fk how crazy they are!"

And sex machine trying to hide changing into a Vampire from Scott. The look on Savinis face when Scott looks back him still makes me laugh today
