Not being French, I have no idea what this means. Translation, anyone?

Visa d'exploitation in France is an administrative legal document necessary for any film that shows in the cinema in France, either French or foreign. It is given by the Minister for Culture, on opinion of the French association equivalent to the MPAA or BBFC. It gives each film a number which must be reproduced on each copy.
