Romance between Amy and Barry?

Did anyone else notice that there may have been a little bit of affection between Amy and Barry?

Huh? It seemed all fine to me (to put it another way, it didn't come across as anything else)...

Affection, yes. Romance, no. Actually I always caught a little undercurrent from Barry of attraction for the Jeff Daniels character.

Seeing as how she's thirteen and he looks to be in his mid-thirties, that's just *slightly* creepy. I don't think it was meant to come across that way. I think they were trying to show that a bunch of people without any real connections came together to form a "family." So there was obviously affection between Amy and Barry, but I don't think they meant to convey anything beyond that.

I think the only affection there was between Amy and Barry was an older brother/little sister type relationship
