Ok, I'm currently watching it and loving it! I just wonder how they did make the geese follow Paquin in the movie? Did the eggs hatch during filming? And how did they shoot the scenes when the geese followed the airplanes?

I'd also like to know this. Or is this explained in the audio commentary on the DVD/Blu Ray?

It's called Special Effects.
Industrial Light and Magic did many of the special effects involving the geese in flight.

only the part when the geese are flying through the skyscrapers, and when they meet hundreds of geese during flight. didn't know ILM made the Special FX though.

They had a recording of Paquin's voice that they played to the geese before they hatched, so they knew her voice. I don't think she was there when they hatched, but I'm not positive. I'll have to watch the featurettes and listen to the commentary again, they were all pretty good/informative.
