First, wouldn't what Dr. Rosen is doing be illegal? Sleeping/having a relationship with one of her clients?
Two, are the actresses playing the younger versions voice's dubbed?

I don't know the answer your 2nd question — yet.

However, you are quite correct about Dr. Rosen. She should have been facing both criminal and civil charges. Additionally, Annie should have hauled her before every medical ethics committee from Manhattan to Albany.
