The Therapist
Why didn't they have Annie sue the skirt off that therapist! That was so sick it was unreal.

shareI've been saying the same thing since I first saw this movie. But I think the reason she never did anything (at least in the beginning) is because her character was somewhat of a wishy washy wimp.
Of course I wouldn't be surprised if such a scene existed. The Therapist does seem to disappear rather abruptly after Annie finds out and maybe the scene got deleted due to time constraints or other reasons. Too bad we won't know any time soon since the DVD is pretty basic with no extras.

I agree. Anybody (other than the doormat that Annie was at that point in the movie) would have had that therapist in front of every medical ethics committee from Manhattan to Albany. — Dr Rosen should have been facing criminal charges, as well.
shareI figured she was too wimpy and embarrassed to do anything.
By the end of the movie I think she just decided to let her have him...."What's the worst revenge you can have on the other woman? Let her keep him."
You're right.
Leave the therapist with the knowledge that: "He did it to her, when will he do it to me?"
