The morning after Gary is attacked by David, he sees her in the school hallway & says something like ".....Travis Bickle yet?"

I know who Travis Bickle is, but what did he say before that?

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."

I believe all he said was "Have you talked to Travis Bickle yet?"

"The cover of this book is so misleading. It never snows like the cover implies that it does."
