Is David's name an in-joke?
I have to wonder if David's name was intentionally taken from the actor who portrayed "Ilya Kuryakin" on THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E., and also "Judas Iscariot" in THE GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD.
Don't ask me why anybody would name a psychotic serial-boyfriend after David Keith McCallum, Jr. (That's right, just blow off the "um"), but...
