Why the hell didn't she call the police after she saw her boyfriend assault Margo ? Isn't she suppose to be her best friend ?!

& Then she blames her for what happened ? I know Margo did stupid things and hung around with bad people but it wasn't right what David did to her !

She thought Margo was a willing participant. Remember she was just peeking through and window so she wasnt close enough to hear David basically threanten her

Ok maybe she didn't hear her, but how could she not see Margo stumble off of Logan from being pulled and just stand there crying with her hands crossed in front of her chest like she was scared? I know the movie was going the Nicole didn't know route, but she was dumb, dumb, DUMB!

I wondered the same thing.
The film is kind of clumsy in how it portrays this scene. At first watch, it looks like Nicole hears every word between Margo, David & Logan.

But when Margo shows up at the Walker's house, Nicole seems to have only heard Margo yell "I want him!"
Margo cried in an open way, but she never struggled when David picked her up.
Doofy Nicole likely took this as an 'agreement' as well.

But regardless, it looked like Nicole both mistakenly assumed AND was scared sh*tless of the whole situation.
She was a coward almost up to the end of the film!

I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus.
Didn't he discover America?
