Remember the short speech to Gary about "weak walls" and how they were all "knocked down" before wasting him ?
Not necessarily killed before, but definitely put people in place before, probably to the degree of a proper beatdown (looking past assaulting Gary previously).

When someone doesn't hesitate one second before beating (or killing) someone, it's OBVIOUS they've done it before.

It sure seemed that way. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. David just naturally had a psychopathic vibe to him. And when he killed Gary, he snapped his neck with such precision...that it makes me think he killed before.
