I'm not sure why, but mine is when Marge is interrogating Jerry the second time and he has a little outburst and voice crack. "I would know! I'm the executive sales manager!" followed by "We run a pretty tight ship here." Always has me in stitches.
A close second is during the savage beating by Shep when he tosses the buttnaked Buscemi across the room flipping over the couch.
Jerry: "This was s'posed to be a no-rough-stuff-type deal."
Marge: "He's fleein' the interview! He's fleein' the interview!!!"
