Dude was a bit too quick to off himself
Early on in the film: William Donohue, Vice President of International Division at Cyrez and Cullen's supervisor, commits suicide without even frisking her for the stolen files.
I'm sure he could've attempted to cover things up if the fbi had no concrete evidence.
And if he felt so betrayed by her, wouldn't he kill her first, then himself. I know I would have. She's literally the reason he's about to be dead.
