The english Patient is one of my favorite Romantic films of all time but i found the scenes of Hanna and Kip a bitt boring.
they could have given us more hot Scenes with Almasi and Katherine instead.

Yes totally. the first time i watch it from beginning to the end, after that, i often skip the scenes with hana and kip because it's so annoying. I ADORE the love/romance between Katherine And Almasy adn this movie makes me discover Ralph Fiennes who i know almost just as Voldemort in Harry Potter. And what to say about Kristin Scott Thomas: She's just wondeful!!! Love the half of the movie!

i discovered Ralph as a real talent with Schindlers list but my first movie with him was Miad in Manhattan and Kristin i agree she was great too, my first movie with her was Bel Ami.
in tnat movie she remidned a little to Georffrey Rush´s wife who played his ex wife Renee in Quills

This film should've had a Titanic/The Notebook type set up, with present day scenes being at the beginning and the end.
