Do you know if there is an annotated version of Emma? I have searched online for one and can't find one, but I have P&P annotated and have found it to be most helpful. If anyone could let me know, I would greatly appreciate it!

There isn't one, as far as I know. But there's a very good hypertext version online that includes many informative links providing background and context.
