In the book is Mrs. Weston pregnant?

I just got to a chapter that said with the new child at Randall's Mrs Weston would not likely be able to spend much time with Emma

Yes, Mrs. Weston becomes pregnant and gives birth to a daughter, named Anna Weston (Same Christian name as Mrs. Weston).

At the very end of the movie, there's a picture of a painting (like the one that begins the movie) of Mr and Mrs and Anna Weston. It shows Mrs Weston holding a baby.
