George Knightley (married to Emma) is older than John Knightley (married to Isabella).
As for who inherits Hartfield, I imagine that Emma or Isabella will inherit it. Either that, or it will go to one of their sons. The Knightley brothers wouldn't inherit it themselves. They're not Mr. Woodhouse's sons.

Hartfield, if not entailed, would likely pass to Isabella. If entailed, then to the nearest male, male-descended relative, I believe (i.e., a male cousin of some sort, whose father would have been next in line for the estate). However, since the Hartfield Woodhouse family descends from a cadet branch, not the principal, Hartfield may well not be entailed.
Emma inherits thirty thousannd pounds as her portion, according to the novel - a bit more than three times the portion of Mrs. Elton (though in this version, for some reason, "just so many thousands as will always be called ten" become twenty thousand).
FWIW, I have read that Jane Austen told her family that Emma and Mr. Knightley reamin at Hartfield about two years, before the passing of Mr. Woodhouse allows them to repair finally to Donwell Abbey.
Jane Fairfax' ill health also casts its shadow, apparently, and she will be Mrs. Frank Churchill for 9 or 10 years before her untimely death. It is unknown whether Austen imagined Churchill children.
Oh, right. So, she secretly trained a flock of sandflies.
