Who do you dislike most

Mr. Elton, hands down.
As to Frank - in the book, I found him very dislikable, but not so in the movie. He seemed more clueless, than anything. The movie did a poor job of showing him leading Emma on - it was very obvious his affections were for Jane and he seemed sweet towards the Bates as a result of his affections.

Mr Elton. Mr Collins is too amusing to dislike, and Frank is only considered unlikeable because of what he did to our beloved main character, but trying to hide our true affections by giving more of our attention to someone else is a common practice. Lastly, much like Marianna I feel more sorry for Willoughby, he'll suffer forever by being miserable, so justice has been served.

Of the four of them, Willoughby is (as far as we know) the only one that seduced a teenaged girl, abandoned her, and refused to marry her when he found out she was pregnant, so, yeah, that makes him by far the one I dislike most.

Mr. Wickham is my second least favorite, but he's not on your list so I'll go with Mr. Elton. He's just a prat.
