Get the Discotek release! It's got a (remastered) anamorphic widescreen print, previously cut material as a bonus, commentary by Anthony Wong and Herman Yau, and a separate interview with Herman Yau. It's cheap, and I loved it. =D Buy it directly from Discotek here:

PS: No version has the cut scenes edited into the film, but this one has some of the gore they cut from the other versions as an extra,and Herman Yau himself thinks it's great...so...there ya go! :)
