Anyone else annoyed by...

Don't get me wrong, I loved this movie, and it'll be one of my favorites for ever, because it was clever, sweet and well done.

But did anyone else think the voice over at the very end totally ruined it? It was so dumb, and it wrecked the emotional power that scene built up. It'd be like taking the ending scene of Shyamalan's "Lady in the Water" and saying something like they all lived together in peace until Vick copped at and went on to spread the seeds of change or w/e. lol

I mean, we know what's gonna happen without the voiceover, and it just makes the scene almost comical, not powerful.

Anyone else feel like that?

actually, it did seem to take away from the effect of the end. just a little, but it was noticeable.

A little, but it didn't bug me as much as the voiceover. lol

I think the voice over is just fine, Gilbert finally says something moving, which what what he was failing at the whole movie.

It's not really what's being said, but rather the way it is said that is a little annoying... It feels way too rushed!

Remember the King!
