I think they kind of uglied him up for this movie since he was a bad guy - if you see how he looks without even any make-up he looks a lot better.
Red, blue, and green are all real colors. Yellow is a mystical experience shared by everyone.
I'm not dogging on him or anything. I think David is a very attractive man. It's just funny how he is done up in this movie.
