I'm with Siskel's corpse. Quaid's character wasn't compelling at all.

If the critic's opinion is negative or thumbs down for a movie, it is sure bet that I will enjoy the movie more than they will. Critics look for the Oscar award winning performances and give movies a weird rating. They are so not the armchair movie watching crowd who can enjoy many movies without having a thumbs down or negative experience.
