Today it's this movie's 20th anniversary, a bit dated but its special effects still look believable!

20 years ago, DragonHeart gave the world Draco, Sean Connery's first voice acting gig and the most realistic looking dragon in film at the time! 

Even though it didn't win any Oscar(cause ID4 took it and there was no motion capture praise until the Star Wars prequels and The Lord of the Rings trilogy) that dragon was someone you wanted to meet and fly with!

The big reveal when he flies through the waterfall in all his glory is still awesome. It's an old favorite. I like the cast, the humor, and the soundtrack is flat-out fantastic. It's no wonder that nearly every other movie kept using 'To the Stars' for their trailers after it was made.
