Another Lt. during the 'walk the plank' scene?
He's the guy on the far left when they sing "It's time to be bathing *SPOILER*." He wore full uniform and cap, no visible pirate stuff of any kind. In later shots, he's standing close to the Engineer.
It looks like he was a Lt. (two silver bars on his collar). Odd, since to my knowledge he wasn't exactly the most visible guy compared to Lt. Martin.
