I keep coming back to re-watch this little gem of entertainment. So i must give it a 10 just because of that. I watched this in the theaters when it came out, its now 2016 and i still watch it from time to time. Cant really say why, but i really like it.

I agree, there are so many 90s movies that are underrated / underappreciated and this is one of them. I love it. I miss that era of movies. So much fun.
