Question about 'The Crow: 2037'

Back in the day when this script was being talked about as being the third 'Crow' film, I read that there was supposed to be some massive apocalyptic war in the script's ending, God and Satan make an appearance and try to get Crow to join in battle. Is this true?

As far as I remember, no. I do remember The Crow was to fight a group of Satanists though.
