Awful Then. Awful Now.
Watched this again for the first time in 20 years and boy, it's still really bad.

Wouldn't call it awful, but it is a bad movie. It's just a rehash of the first one with a thinner plot and bad dialogue.
I only go back and watch this movie for 2 reasons
1: The first 30 minutes. They really are great and showed the film had potential, it's a shame the movie gets pretty *beep* from there.
2: Vincent Perez's performance as The Crow. He wasn't as good as Brandon Lee, but he was still a great Crow
