Not showing this year?
I know it's a bit early to be speculating that this movie won't be on ABC Family or any other station this year, but I was just looking at the ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas schedule and it looks like there won't be any showing of "Christmas Everyday" OR "Borrowed Hearts". It seems that ABC Family has cheated all of us by only showing their made for TV movie classics such as Mimi Roger's "The Christmas List" and Olivia Newton Johns "A Mom for Christmas" during their "Countdown to the 25 Days of Christmas" and then never showing them again during the actual 25 days. Instead, they have opted to show movies such as "The Cat in the Hat","Mary Poppins" "The Harry Potter movies" and "The Incredibles". And as of now, "The Incredibles" is the only movie showing on Christmas Day! Now for those of you who tune in to the "25 Days of Christmas" every year, does this seem fair to you? I know I don't exactly agree with it because who wants to see a movie such as "The Incredibles" on Christmas Day when it has NO connection to Christmas?? I have the right mind to write ABC Family an e-mail or letter telling them how disappointed I am in their lack of actual Christmas movies being shown! I hate to vent like this, but I miss the good old days of ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas where all they played were movies like "Three Days" "Borrowed Hearts" "Christmas Everyday" "The Christmas List" and all the Rankin and Bass classics! Where did all that go???? Let me know what you think!
