The 90's...
They just don't make good ones like this anymore do they? Late night cable, or VHS horror section at your video shop... I miss the era films like this came from... maybe the last cool decade in some ways. An excellent film.
shareYes, it seems to be the last good decade. The last decade (00's) and this decade will probably be remembered as flat. They don't make any movies that will be remembered in 30 or 40 years now. What they do make is on at cinemas and forgotten pretty much after they go off at the theatres.

shareYea, I don't know if you could argue that. Since 2000 we've seen some of the best movies of all time and many 90's movies (and I grew up during the entire decade) now seem kinda cheesy upon further reflection.
For example, you couldn't get away with a movie like Forrest Gump today...it just wouldn't work for many...and back then it was one of THE movies of the decade.
Also, I don't think the message board of Campfire Tales is the place to be mourning the loss of 90's movies seeing as how lame it was.

You may feel that this movie is lame. Others, including myself, found it entertaining. I also agree that they really don't make them like this these days. I don't mourn the loss of 90's movies. I am glad that I can watch them when I want and I will feel free to discuss it here because this is the place to discuss it.
