I think it was an Asian gang or something... I saw some guy I'm pretty sure he was Asian, and he was speaking a different language, I'm pretty sure it was...... Asian.

All the lines previously mentioned are great. Idk why but when chip is talking to steven in the rain and he tells him he doesnt want anymore friends chip replies with " Sooooo what are you tryin to say?" The way he says that was funny to me lol
